STUDIO RULES & REGULATIONS
Classes
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on registered classes. Please check services, class schedule for the latest class schedule. Our packages include a 20 pack, 10 pack, 5 pack, or 1 class.
Private, Duet, or Trio Lessons
Private lessons, duets, and trios are separate from a regular class session. You and the instructor will determine what is the most convenient time for these lessons. You are automatically charged for all lessons unless you give 24 hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice you will be charged, however, you are welcome to make up the missed lesson by taking a class within an 3 month time frame. All lessons are one hour in length and begin at the time stated and agreed upon with the instructor. If the studio is closed due to bad weather, you are not charged for your lesson.
