“ Being an old couch potato, I did not enjoy when my doc told me to find some exercise I would stick with. Until Pilates there was never an exercise program I enjoyed. I would slog through different types of exercise and eventually stop because I was not happy with it. This all changed with Pilates and Nadine. “ How lucky I am to have found Nadine! I had been going to physical therapy for almost 2 1/2 years for a right shoulder injury (encapsulitis). I attained about 90% range of motion and much less pain. But then I reached a plateau and became frustrated and lacked motivantion to keep pushing forward. My sister had been doing Pilates for 15 years and she encouraged me to try it out.
